Kudos to staff who informally reviewed and made changes:
Pierre Parent and Dave Norton, Underground Service Operators, brought an idea to Richard Daniel who pursued it with TES management to do an informal review, 2016-016i. The group has effectively eliminated almost 500 hundred labour hours which were annually spent maintaining private fire hydrants. The team is reallocating resources to other important water related activities during 2017, while eliminating liability for the City.
This is a step in the right direction. Great suggestion. Keep it up!
